£18,000 – £22,000 pro rata

Aziz Corporate are a specialist coaching consultancy working with senior business leaders. Clients are high profile, multinational corporate clients.

We are a small, friendly, extremely professional team based in beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of Winchester, near the village of Micheldever.

Due to business growth we have an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Support person.

The key focus of this role will be to provide essential administration support to the Business Development and Account Management teams.

Duties will include:

  • Account support to help generate opportunities for growth
  • Running direct email campaigns, sending targeted emails to potential new clients and managing responses
  • Market research for business development through use of LinkedIn, trade press, news and digital marketing
  • Data entry onto CRM

We are ideally looking for some or all of the following experience:

  • Previous account management or business development experience
  • Experience of using CRM databases
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of training/coaching/consultancy sectors
  • Knowledge of corporate world

The successful applicant will be self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative with a can-do attitude. They must have excellent written communication skills, being able to write well composed and  effective emails.  A professional phone manner is essential for dealing with incoming/outgoing calls but this is not a telesales role, no cold calling is expected.

We offer development and support and there is the potential opportunity for the successful applicant to progress to an Account Manager role.

There is free parking on-site, however due to the rural location you will need to be a car driver to work here.

We are looking for someone to work around 16 -24 hours a week but can offer flexibility re hours for the right candidate. This is not however a full time role at present.
