Your feedback

At Handover HR we want to hear from our customers and therefore welcome your feedback.

Obviously we would love it if all our customers were totally satisfied all of the time, but we recognise that there there may be occasions where we fail to deliver on people’s expectations. When this happens we also want you to be able to tell us about it.

For this reason we have created a complaints procedure to make it as easy as possible for you to feedback your issues to us and enable us to try and resolve them to your satisfaction.

The procedure tells you:

  • When and how to make a formal complaint to Handover HR
  • How we will deal with your complaint
  • What to do if you remain dissatisfied

We genuinely want to improve our services and we understand that how positively we react to complaints is very important.

Complaints provide us with information not only about where things are going wrong, but also about what you think about us, and they serve as an excellent way for us to monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of what we do so your feedback is always welcomed.
