Client sectors include renewable energy, offshore aggregates, oil & gas, cables and civil engineering. Job Role:

A vacancy exists within Geosurvey for a Senior Geophysicist. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the mobilisation of geophysical systems, geophysical data acquisition and QC onboard various vessels within the Fugro fleet, in addition to office based processing, interpretation and reporting duties at Fugro EMU’s headquarters, near Southampton in the UK.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team and work closely with other functional sections of the business, offering high quality level of service to internal and external customers.  The customer service advisors are instrumental in ensuring customers receive a smooth and high quality service throughout their experience with Microlink.

An excellent written and spoken level of English is necessary, along with a keen eye for detail and a good level of accuracy through a methodical approach to managing workload in a busy and diverse environment.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experience of a customer service call centre environment is essential
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a high level of accuracy when inputting data and utilising company systems
• Remain calm under pressure and have the ability to multitask effectively with a professional outlook
• An understanding of SPLD’s and disabilities would be advantageous
