My Claim to Fame: None really, met lots of interesting people but no real claim to fame, although in a really sad moment many years ago the children and I met “the chuckle brothers” , not so sure I was so star struck but it really made their day
Why you love HR: Variety, working with people, problem solving, sharing knowledge with team, balancing/meeting employee and strategic expectations, the everyday challenges that we are continually faced with.
Your first impressions on working within Handover HR: Relieved that the team are so lovely, thankfully they really are as nice as Chloe led me to believe. Reassured at the number of systems and controls already in place and the great potential to further develop/grow this great little business.
A top tip of the day: Smile, always have/show good manners and make sure you have clean shoes!
