Should You Have A Social Media Policy?

2011 has seen the first employment tribunal claims relating to, or relying on, employees use or misuse of social media, Twitter, Facebook etc. so it comes as no suprise that the idea of having a Social Media Policy is becomming more popular.   This call has now been echoed by the Law Society of Scotland.
